For 2017 your resolution shouldn’t be the generic “lose weight and go to the gym”; make your resolution to reduce your sugar intake and guess what will happen? You WILL lose weight, you WILL have more energy, You WILL have reduced a major risk factor to your overall health, you WILL help lessen the psychological addiction to the over the counter drug we call sugar; you WILL most importantly help your children and family realize they need to make changes and quite possibly extend and or save them from obesity, depression, and all the other ancillary detrimental effects excess sugar consumption causes.
We work with families and individuals to create strategies to help reduce sugar intake; call us or email us with any questions.
Make this your resolution, and you won’t regret it!
Stay happy, stay healthy and make 2017 the start of a whole new you!
