Hey Team No Excuses Fans

This is another holiday were I get clients freaking out on me because they feel guilty about eating poorly.

Here is my advice to them and for those of you who need it now:

Accept that you will eat, possibly too much or food that is too salty, sweet, high in fat, high in carbs or etc..

Enjoy it as self loathing is counter productive and live to train and eat healthy tomorrow…

Eat well, live life, and enjoy these moments…
